Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can return the sold items within seven days from the date of purchase/delivery. The return/exchange policy is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Conditions for Return and Exchange

1. Proof of Purchase
   • Products should be accompanied by the original sales invoice for exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
   • We will accept the return of an item within 7 days of your purchase if the item is not working or has a manufacturing defect.
   • If the product is found to be defective after 7 days from the date of purchase, the customer must visit our Service Center or call 065391132 to register a complaint.
3. Return Process
   • You may walk into any GENERALTEC Store with the invoice and product and contact the front desk officer regarding your complaint.
   • Our technical team will inspect the complaint and evaluate if it is genuine.
   • Upon their confirmation, we will process the refund and return the payment to the customer.
4. Return Conditions
   • The product must not be working due to a manufacturing defect.
   • The customer must return the original box, information booklet, accessories, and any other items included with the purchase (e.g., gifts, gift cards, special offers).
   • If the original box was opened and the seal was removed, but the product remains unused, it will still be eligible for return, provided all accessories and packaging are intact.

Exclusions from Refund Policy

We apologize, but the return or exchange will not be applicable in the following cases:

• The product has been used.
• The product has been fixed/installed (e.g., air conditioners, water coolers).
• The product is damaged due to misuse (e.g., cracking, scratching, or mishandling), as determined by the Generaltec team.
• The packaging is incomplete or the product is scratched or damaged.
• Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once performed.
• If a delivery attempt was made, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Important Note

To benefit from the refund policy, the customer must visit Generaltec Stores within 7 days of purchase and must present the original invoice along with the product.
